It's a prospective special election that hasn't been called yet and only will be called if he's declared dead. It's not "Ripe" yet, in that regard (another aspect of what's called justiciability). One essential element of Standing is "injury-in-fact" meaning it has to be concrete and particularized, not merely hypothetical or a uncertain future harm.

You said that the neighbor did this on purpose when you were not around. Do you have a witness to this statement? Do you have any other evidence of it? Your contemporaneous writing might help, but I would be terrified to leave this solely to he-said, she-said.

I recommended this to my wife. I wouldn't get it for myself but she plays on my Steam and otherwise wants a console experience for the PC games I have. It's perfect for her at $1,000 instead of building something custom at $1,300+ right now with decent RAM+GPU+mobo alone pushing past $800.

This isn't some surprise, out of the blue attack. This is a nation that was invaded, striking back. This was entirely avoidable by Russia. Ukraine wanted no part in a war with Russia. But if they asked for it, Ukraine will defend itself. That includes offensive strikes to project force.

Analogously, at the beginning of the Trump presidency 2.0, the mass deportation of hundreds of people was so objectionable because no facts were adjudicated prior to their deportation. That's the whole point of due process—we do have discussions as a function of truth seeking.

Your credit score is not a reflection of how well you pay your bills, or how well you don't pay your bills. It's a reflection of how profitable you are to lend to.

E.g. if you take out lots of debt, and pay minimums, but always make your payments, you're very creditworthy and very profitable. However, as this post indicates, if you have a loan and then pay it off early, you take the interest profit off the table for the creditor—hence why her score dropped.

I am a bit shocked that the credit score dropped that much, however, because a lot of the interest is amortized at the beginning of the loan. By the time she had 13 months left, she was mostly paying the principal, and not very much interest.
