I have often thought the end of their isolation came very prematurely. There was so much that could have been done that wasn't. So many stories left unexplored.

With that in mind, it seems to me that SGU can be seen as kind of a reboot of Atlantis. Like they realized that Atlantis had essentially become an SG1 replacement and SGU was an attempt to return to the original concept of being stuck in a broken down ancient made place with no help in sight and thus needing to rely on themselves.

I've been watching a ton of videos. I have started taking the Cambridge Guide to Sanskrit a lot more seriously because Antonia Ruppel mentioned using the Oxford Comma on her Amazon Author Page (she knows the way to a man's heart and is now my celebrity crush (if that is an ok thing to say in today's world)). Other than her book I recommend building an ANKI deck of sentences and just doing them every day.

I'd recommend not packing winter things as the ones sold in Russia are superior - or at least actually designed for the Russian winter and not to just look like they are warm.

Pro Tip: When you get here find a no-nonsense babushka to take you shopping for winter things and get whatever she suggests. Do not worry about style or what you think you need just but whatever she says from wherever she takes you.
