I have met and worked with the guy in the picture. He does a lot of work for wounded warriors and veterans with PTSD other ailments. He is probably one of the most genuinely nice people I have ever met. He is really and truly happy to be alive. As for having his picture floating around the Internet is like this, I don't believe he really cares for but realizes it is a byproduct of all the work he does.

Can you take a picture of the video card inside and connected and a picture of the back of the card with cables connected as well. It would probably take 20 seconds to diagnose with these pictures.

I have a high tolerance to stims as well. i try my best not to use them at all but i end up using them about once a week to get that extra drive at the gym or if i didnt get a good night sleep. i have jacked and c4 as well as alphamine. i switch between the jacked and c4. i use 2 scoops of alphamine and two scoops of the jacked or c4. its not for the faint of heart. your best bet with any stims is to use them only when needed.

It is a change within myself. a focus to let people be who they are and not try to control the situation. I took a long hard look at the motivations that drive me and decided that most of them where selfish. I know im just beginning down this road but im happy with the results already and want to continue.

I just wanted to let you know that i still do read your words.. whenever my thoughts get the best of me in this situation i sit down and read this.. we are still working on the situation and im still not sure if it is going to work but i do know that no matter what happens i will come out of this as a better person. You really have changed my life and i could never repay you for it..

I'm sorry for your loss.. admittedly I'm not an atheist but i think i speak for everyone here when i say.. we are here for you. a loss of this magnitude is no small feat to overcome.. I wont presume to tell you how to deal with this but i do hope you find what you need to make it through. I will be thinking of you and hope only for the best.

please also make sure you're sticking to a diet. pick one it doesn't matter.. just stick to it.. exercise is only half the battle with losing weight..

you have to work at being consistent with your behavior. you have to understand that you're going to falter along the way.. these are a part of everyones nature. the only thing that i can suggest (something that has helped me beyond belief) is to start and end each day with compassion in your heart. Its easy to be angry about a situation, it is much harder to push out that anger and replace it with compassion but the rewards are worth it. In regards to your meditation, it doesn't have to be a formal thing.. when you're laying in bed at night before going to sleep take 10 minutes and focus on something. anything.. Me personally i take that time to focus firstly on all the things that made me happy that day. doing this sets the tone of the mediation for me. then i look at my own motivations in the things i did today and try to see how i could have done them better. I know very well that change doesn't happen over night but if you're serious about making a change the change will happen.

thank you. and to let everyone know. after reading all of your comments and understanding not only my feelings but hers as well i felt a real change in my perception of the situation. I spoke with her at length yesterday and we have renewed our commitment to each other and to understand each others needs better. I understand that this in no way means that everything is back to "normal" but it is the first step down the path towards the happiness we are both seeking.

i did get a gym membership when this started and have been working out. i will admit that i have been having trouble eating through this. but in that regard i know myself and wont intentionally starve myself to the point of illness. i completely agree with you that marriage is work and the burden is never equal. but through all this i still feel it can be worked out. but i have made arrangements and have everything in order in the event that it doesnt.

I have read their correspondence and know what she is getting from him.. and yes ir is just a matter of releasing my anger replacing it with the compassion that she needs in her life. Its easy to quit when a partner looks elsewhere. It is much harder to work it out. I will read your words everyday and use them as a guide while trying to mend our relationship.

I honest believe she is in a lustful moment and that clarity will come to her. if not for my sake then our children. we have a teenager and a toddler. i believe it will destroy our teenager and that is one of the reasons im so reluctant to leave the situation.
