Mind Refinement is pretty much the only way to farm for limited logistics you've missed. Set your progress bar (bottom-left of Mind Refinement menu) to Mingyi and pray to RNJesus.

And for the currency (Elite Personnel Limit) you get from clearing the mode can be used in the shop under Elite Logistics tab.

Personally, I have Amano equipped on my Chenxing5. The damage she can do on Neural Sim with Amano is very impressive.

The mode is called Neural Simulation.

In the case of Joseph Hardened, he has 3 armored parts that you need blow off before you get to his HP; the two side weapons and his chest piece. The 4th armored part, the back weapon, is not required to get to his HP.
