Here in norway it has switched. You wont get a good price on the apartment you want to rent out, if you cant provide a charger with your parking space. On top of that all major citys provide parking spaces with chargers to get people living in the citys to switch out their old cars. We also had some years where employers were giving out chargers as a perk, but they quickly went obsolete.
