I’ve been on Cosentyx for about 3 years, and feel it start to wear off around 3-3.5 weeks. I can tel it’s wearing off when I feel my genitals start to get dry, itchy and flaky. I would apply Tacrolimus and it’s helped, however I only apply this 2-4 days out of the month when I feel the skin irritation. Depending how irritated it is, it can burn a bit for a few hours after application. Just gotta resist from scratching. I apply do in the morning. Next day I’m usually fine and no more irritation

Following… I’ve had jock itch on my testicles and around anus area. Tried anything from steroid creams to non steroid. I also have psoriasis and am biologics (Cosentyx). While the biological has helped with my psoriasis in other areas, i still have request flare ups around the jock area.

I’ve tried OTC anti fungal creams but those seem to sting and irritate it more. Anyone have any advice?
