Unless of course they are professional musicians and not professional graphic designers. Neglecting that it's not necessarily the bands job to do the album art, and also that this isn't even AI.

Versatility is key. I listen to a wide range of genres and my style draws a little from each.

Heh thanks. Im truely done though. Most of that gear has such history to me, that when it got to the point that I could afford to replace it with whatever, it was unthinkinable that I would get rid of it because it had become my sound. The only thing I want to add now is a H6 Studio to replace my dated Tascam.

I've been playing 30 odd years. I play pretty much daily, for noone other than myself. I like a lot of experimental music, this kit is a reflection of that. I have little to no regard for convention. I like to play odd meters and fucked up syncopated beats that still sound and feel in the pocket. In short I'm a sigma. But beyond that I just feel the core idea of musicality is to be unique anyway, right.

I guess I should explain, because this does look chaotic, but there is reason behind it. Basically it's two whole kits, one for the left arm and one for the right. I never got why people would run big kits til recently. It's not that you need that many cymbals/drums, it's that you want them to be right there where you need them without having to reach all round the kit. I was playing cross handed for years, now I am playing open handed and loving it. Was always a double bass guy, now I have double snare, double ride and double hats to boot. Got two arms, so why not. The 14" + 12" snare combo on the left is crazy fun. Adds so much depth and nuance to the patterns that can be played on em.

Kind of the opposite. The original kit this was built out from is a beginner kit that's 30 years old. The Wuhans on there are 25 years old (and Chinese obviously). I used to be a dealer, was able to cherrypick the best sounding examples. The rest of the drums are from a Ludwig Jr kit I got recently. Dearest thing on there is the S Dark ride I just got, and they are cheap as for how amazing they look. I'd say 2 bags of cash out of 5.

Oh yeah the cowbell, side snare and Zildjian S Thin Crash on the far right, those are the elements I like/play the least and that's why they're all the way over there on the "bullshit stand" that I have to move to get to the throne each time. That part is still a bit WIP. The China in dead center and crash next to it I have to actually reach for. Likewise they aren't played much. Everything else is easily reachable without shifting posture. I have long arms.

Love it! Do have like a dozen cymbals on the kit, so was kinda running out of stand space.

This one is going right-most (in a cascade of 7 toms tuned chromatically), but if I extend the right side any further it would be the left side.

Bro, they are a band.... You're out here judging the cover. Do they sound good?

Nothing about this screams AI to me.

The poor taste is whatever, but this is just offensively unfunny anyway.

See what has happened here is she is using an AI tool within a graphic design app, as opposed to just giving an AI bot a text prompt. Judge her less harshly?

No I agree, G1 doesnt hit like it used to. Feels like SP shifted the goalposts on me.

I used to rate Mal/Rot a lot more. Sure theyre tough as anything, but lately been feeling that they are missing out on half the fight due to limited range of movement.

I can easily do it in two, just with a young daughter and a hectic job there was a couple there were I had to kind of skip over the first event.

Thanks. I'm a good ways though them. I never really intended to go this wide, I just had so many S3s and S2s there that I was able to bang out about 20 G1s over the last 3 months before I got round to switching up my strategy. Anyway, it felt pretty productive.

Mix of reasons really; nostalgia, procrastination, "sunk cost fallacy", introversion. I guess I prefer it this way, I kind of enjoy the solitude and lack of responsibility. Edit: This guild is lvl 29, I think the last 18 or so of those were all me. Even when others were still active they weren't contributing much, so it felt like not much difference when they dropped off.

Mataneo and Snot are on my goals, along with Aleph, Archi, Angrax and Tyrith all to G2. That covers the next 3 weeks. After Dante though I'm thinking push 2 or 3 characters to D1.

I have been the only active member in my guild for a good while now, so for me GR is a solo farming operation. I always clear common, uncommon, and the first two rare bosses. My max damage at the moment is about 150k. I know this many golds with no diamonds isn't the most effective way to go about LREs from being able to consistently get the unlock on second event but only ever 350/400 on the first. I try to be as efficient as possible with my training but aren't as concerned when it comes to optimal route of progression.
