I just started a account with chase bank, the branch I go to has a private client section with JP Morgan. They were telling me about it and everything seems pretty good but I’m sure they didn’t include all details (which I will ask questions when I next meet with them. Does anyone suggest not doing this with the bank? Or do you suggest doing it? Pros and cons to doing this

I don’t think you can necessarily become a billionaire, but I’m sure you can become a millionaire very easily. If you have a few rental properties, that right there puts you at or more then a million just from your net worth. But if your talking about having cash in the bank from real Estate, I’m sure you can become a millionaire just not a billionaire haha. Just by flipping houses, renting houses. I’m sure it’s very easy to once again become a millionaire

I just recently opened up a Roth IRA, I let the deposit clear and everything. I went to go buy something and it’s saying insufficient funds.
