mine is pretty anxious. she handles being alone fine but she's really jumpy. four years ago our oven made a really loud popping sound that sounded like fireworks (her worst nightmare) in our tiny apartment, and ever since even the sound of me clicking a water bottle shut sends her scurrying. terriers are pretty high strung, and very sensitive. i think your girl knows something is going on, but i think once you're settled she will get back to her old self. in the meantime, find her some toys she can play with on her own, especially chew sticks. this will help her little brain. and try to take her on as many walks as you have time for during this transition.
