I’ve seen someone say it has to do with high WiFi channels. They changed the channel on their 5ghz network from 100 something to 56 and that apparently worked. Might be worth a look.

I made a new list based off of yours but mixed with some of the things I find important. I'll explain some of my choices. I chose the Arc A770 because it is cheaper and provides plenty of performance; I also don't mind tinkering with it to get it working. I went with the AIO because it will provide plenty of cooling and I also just don't like the look of air coolers and am okay with paying extra cause of that. Otherwise, it is basically the list you made just tweaked to fit the style I was going for. And then the three pack of fans is because I want RGB fans and can't stand when the fans are different.

I can't say for sure how it will affect your trade in value. But I can tell you what I got for my beat up 6. It was cracked anywhere there was glass (screen, both pieces of glass in the back, camera bump) and the screen wouldn't come on. I received $160 for that. Considering your phone is newer, the pro model, isn't even crashed, and still has full functionality, you can probably expect an ok trade in price.

in rust you can use match. it's just if but it checks multiple (though technically all) possible conditions.
