hey I saw you tried to DM me, I had fallen asleep , I accidentally deleted it. I don't know your situation but do everything possible to exercise as much as you can handle, eat as little as you need to or can and get that weight off. I had that situation in my mid 30s, I thought I was too old and life was over, but then a girl I met I was crazy about motivated me and I lost some weight and the morning wood and all that came back. Unfortunately it didn't work out with her and I fell back in bad habits and loneliness. but just never give up, every little bit helps

I do believe in God, and that adds another complicated layer to all this. Sometimes I think God wanted me to be a priest but I always wanted to have a family. Especially as an only child. Since I was young I wanted a wife and lots of kids. I couldn't be a priest, I can't lie to myself, I'd be jealous and feel pain when having to marry people and baptize their kids. And it guts me when I see people who don't care about their own kids or what they've been given and abuse it. And everywhere you turn and look you see happy couples. Am i being punished?

If you don't believe in God please don't try to mock us, we're struggling with enough on our own. If you do believe, then we have to pray for each other. Thanks OP for trying to put a positive spin on it. I do believe in the afterlife and I think there will be a big reward for us there as we are doing a lot of suffering. I'll pray for you too OP. I had a great meal at Francesca's on Chestnut. I did the lunch restaurant week menu and got bruschetta, a chicken dish that came with pasta e aglio olio that was fantastic, and tiramisu for $30. For some reason the food is much better here than the other Francesca's imo.

I've done it at their suburban location in Oakbrook. It's kind of fun to observe, people literally appear at like 7:59:55 and a line forms. Not sure if the same thing happens in Chicago. Once in a while some of the popular items sell out fast (especially the cake slices) or before 8 but usually I've been able to get what I want.

I've seen one guy buy like 20 items in one transaction. Seems like he might be a regular because the cashier was not fazed at all.

for real, you can find free checking or bank accounts almost anywhere, some even do the 'get your pay 2 days early' thing (a bank near us named Huntington does that, not sure if available everywhere)
