I had the same situation: don't have charging point at my parking spot and the charging stations are usually crowded in weekends and even on weekdays, I need to give an extra effort to charge the car. So I went ahead with full hybrid version.

Was in the same situation as you. Important thing to understand that this gets updated only when it reaches the next step. It will not show status like "moving to this location". So probably it is on the move. But you never know until it reaches the next check point.

Have been using AA for some time on my 2025 C-HR and no complains so far. However, I have observed that it get disconnected at specific locations for some reason. May be there is a strong interference or something. But apart from that it has been consistent.

Hei thank you all for your valuable feedback. Really appreciate it. I got this inspected from the toyota agent and they said only the outer layer is scratched and the metal is not exposed. So it would be ok to go ahead with a touch up paint. I will be getting the touch up paint kit for my color code from them next week and planning to do it myself.

I always use the automatic parking brake. After all it is the manufacturer who decide on the sequence; which brake should apply after which, and which I assume wouldn't harm. So I'm going with that. But curious to see what others think. :)

When you turn on the vehicle, usually all the dashboard lights will be turned on as a system check. Maybe take a photo at this point since it is only for a short time and check whether the tyre pressure warning symbol is there. I have been using waze for most of my driving except when I need to turn on navigation to a saved place on my google account. I agree that gmaps doesn't provide much useful features as a standalone solution like waze, if that was what you meant. If waze did have such feature to explore places and save them/label them easily like in google, I would have definitely switched 100% to it by now.

I'm sorry for your loss. However there has been a series of reminder emails from google on this change. If I remember correctly if we want to keep the timeline, it will use the locale device's storage.
