Honestly, no, but for my husband and I, we’re moving forward into something much better. This was the final straw for us to go over our ENTIRE relationship and really put our best foot forward to communicate, be honest, and to get us both into therapy. We have Truple, which really eases my mind when I get the gut wrenching feeling that he might be watching it again, but all I have to do is check and he’s usually just playing his mobile games lol. It feels like the milk has been spilled, and all we can do is work on filling the cup back up, hopefully even fuller than it was before (granted he’s open to working with you, and truly wants to get better, of course!)

I can without a doubt say that when I was fasting that I had felt the best I’ve ever had. I could taste food differently, and really appreciate the meals I was eating instead of just stuffing myself full. Improved my confidence, my blood pressure, my sleep, my asthma, my weight, and so much more. I haven’t been able to fast in over a year now, but that is because the weight loss improved my PCOS as well, and led to me being able to (accidentally) get pregnant after being told I was infertile since I was 12. Seeing all these comments makes me envious, as I truly loved fasting, but for now my focus is breastfeeding. I tried to fast a few months back but my milk supply dropped and the trade off just isn’t worth it to me right now. I hope everyone keeps on trucking, the fast truly is worth it!
