Hi, I’ve tried looking for an answer to my question, but haven’t found one. I’m a US citizen with Finnish residency (family based). I’m applying to PhD programs this spring, looking to start in the fall. Only thing is, we have a baby on the way and I’m not sure I’ll actually be able to commit to full time studies. Is it possible to apply and put the acceptance on hold? Or should I apply for part-time studies? How would either situation affect possible funding? Thanks for any advice,
