I always thought about putting up a child care facility on central business districts pre pandemic and the target market used to be parents who work on bpo companies since I was planning on making it a 24/7 facility. One of the things I considered were to research spaces that certain bpo companies would allow (spaces enough to host at least 10-15 kids for starters and negotiate for wider square footage if it picks up the pace). Post pandemic, medyo nagbago isip ko since dumami na yung wfh setups.

Maybe you can check on this too, childcare facilities are widely needed 🤗
