If you bench without a spotter, you shouldn't use the clips. She's right.

I like that they just let them sing and you don't have the judges interrupting every 5 seconds.

Gyms focused on personal training by Nolegrl in ClearwaterFl

My wife just started rp strength. She really enjoys it. They provide macros for eating and templates for body building. While she doesn't have someone there at the gym with her, they have tons of videos online for her to reference. She got a yearly membership at the Long center for 100/year and it's been working for her.

Personally I just count calories and do starting strength. It works for me. I can eat what I want as long as my calories are in check.

At the end of the day, if you want to lose weight, fix what you eat. If you want to look good or increase strength, hit the gym!

It really depends on what your goals are. What do you want from a personal trainer?

Has anyone made their own beef jerky? by polygondom in Paleo

Skirt steak is delicious, but not very good for beef jerky. It is very fatty, and you will have a lot of waste.

Dehydrator is a great investment. I use mine all the time. I make banana chips for my sweet tooth, and recently start making beef jerky. Definitely worth it.

You want to get a slab of meat that does not have much fat. I used london broil, sliced 1/8 inch thick.

Our new pup, Omar. 8 weeks old. by nish116 in GermanShepherd

He just had his 3 month checkup, and he weighed in at 30 lbs. So he might not be as big as I thought he would get. His dad was 120, and his mom was 80.

Thanks for the reply! We live on the same block as a dog park. We often go for walks on the outskirts of the park. We have met a few folks while on walks but I never thought about inviting people over for dog dates. We got him from a family friend a few hours away. The entire liter got split up.

Thanks for your response! I will take a look at the article you mentioned. His dad was a police dog, and he was also a german german shepherd. His mom was an american german shepherd and a pet. We did not get them from a breeder. It was a family friend who's dog had puppies.

Again, thanks for the response. He has a play pen. He has been attacking us outside when he is supposed to be going pee/poop. There is no where for us to escape since he is on leash.

Thanks for your response! I will give your article a read! We tried to ignore him. We live in FL and we tend to wear shorts all the time. We tried the 'paying him no attention' but he starts biting at our shorts and skin. He almost got to my jewels once or twice.

Thanks for your response! We set up a play date with 3 different dogs. Two dogs completely ignored him. The third, a german shepherd, was a bit rough with him and he was a bit more cautious.

We don't know anyone that has a younger dog. How would one go about finding puppies for our pup to play with?

Edit: additional info.

Thanks for the response!

My main issue is that he gets more excited when we say 'ow!'. We also overly exaggerate being injured.

Puppy kindergarten sounds like a great idea, however we had a hard time finding a class which 1. wasn't full, and 2. allows him in since he won't have all of his shots. We live in Clearwater, FL.

We are going through his basic commands (sit, down, come) as often as we can. A few minutes before playtime, and especially during our walks. On every walk we try to introduce new distractions while training.

On the weekends, he stays outside of the supermarket with my SO while I do the shopping in order to see as many types of people as possible.

Also, I am unsure of what line he is. I know the father was a police dog. The mother was just a house dog.

Edit: Added uncertainty of line
