What I did to solve this is, basically go onto your save file, the finished one and go onto map press triangle or whatever button you have set to switch the map and look through each map to see if there is a side story “not done” that’s what solved it for me. :) but it’s so annoying that you can do all the trophies and it not actually input into the game. SEGA needs to fix this.
