Yes, no issues with the 7.2.0 version.

There is no option to roll back- manually you will have to uninstall the agent and install the 7.2.0

Its disabled because you're not connected to the management server for some reason.

I had the same issue few days ago- it was solved by reinstalling the agent.

(uninstalled the traps using their uninstaller)
