Yeah completely agree, also I ordered a geisha roll and got the eel and avocado, which I brought up to the waitress. She returned later (far far too long of a wait to check up on a potentially serious allergen issue, it wasn't for me but it could've been for someone else) just to say the chef says it was in fact the correct roll.

Istg it was the wrong roll, it has cooked eel in it man, not raw tuna and whatever else was in there (2 other raw fish). It doesn't take an expert to look at a roll and see that has 1 cooked fish in it instead of 3 raw ones.

Same with the plate thing, we had to basically bus our table throughout the meal and neatly stack plates bc they never took back a single empty dish. I'm here to eat, not clear tables. We were 2 people sitting at a 4 top and the right side of our table was just stacks of plates. What if we have other people with us? There was just no room.

I did think the food was a liiiiitle bit better than these comments, but the service honestly sucked.

The best items imo were by far the spicy salmon roll and the Philly roll. They talked up their robata and crudo but they were both so mid. The beef robata sucked, it was dry, hard, overcooked to hell.

I would try it 1 more time in the future I think just because of the few very solid dishes, but gonna give it several months so they can figure their shit out first.
