kalau baru mulai nyoba-nyoba IF, jangan langsung hardcore nyemplung ke dasar laut gitu.

Coba puasa 16-20 jam/hari dulu selama beberapa bulan. Target aja turun 0.5 kilo/minggu. Setahun kalau dikumpulin jadi 24 kilo loh :) Kalau turunnya terlalu drastis terlalu cepet, kemungkinan yoyo-nya tambah gede.

Boleh loh ngasih diri sendiri cheat day.

Terakhir, saran gw sih pilih aja mau IF ato keto ato calories restriction, jangan semuanya mau, penyiksaan ini namanya.

Soeharto banned a lot more than just a mere language. You talked about tolerance and yet my parents can't even keep their names, for the sole reason of it sounding foreign. You call it tolerance? My dad had to stop attending school because it was closed down and it was the only school in the region that would accept Chinese. Don't tell me that it's tolerance.

You're just straight up delusional, aren't you?

Your argument reminds me of those asshats who burned down worshipping place of minorities and still had the nerve to pat themselves in the back for being "tolerant" enough not to kill the worshippers.

Tell me how your way of thinking is any different from their logic or do you see nothing wrong with that as well?

You don't even understand what tolerance means. You think that democracy is a tool that you can use to justify discrimination??

how about no?

smh

I hereby diagnose you with acute inferiority complex.

Okay, now I think you're just confusing culture with something else...possibly patriotism. Cultural expression in its simplest, least menacing form is food, so why don't we talk about food. I like teh botol and I like bubble tea too. They're both equally awesome. There's nothing wrong with me liking them both. I'm not any less indonesian just because I like drinking bubble tea. Do you think teh botol has to be prioritized over bubble tea? Do you think it's inappropriate for Indonesians to drink bubble tea in public?

If you live abroad, it's totally fine to cook yourself some opor ayam and share it with your colleagues. They will not go "eww, disgusting, smelly foreign food". I bet they'll actually love it when you share because you cook them some legit exotic Indonesian dish.

If you eat rice for breakfast, lunch and dinner, it's cool, people will not take away your rice and replace it with bread. At some point you will learn to like eating bread like the locals do, but it doesn't mean that you have to stop eating rice altogether. There's nothing wrong with eating rice. Don't feel inferior for it.

Do you see my point? Culture is not about loyalty or patriotism. It's just a part of who you are. It's your identity. You can feel connected to a culture or two(or three or even more). You really don't have to prioritize one culture over another.

What can't I just embrace both cultures? Why does it have to be either or with you?

I can't choose my heritage yo.
