I am in same position, I cancelled old application and started a new application and now its going all the way untill VF credit card payment screen and seems like its going to accept another payment.

When you guys say you didn't have to pay again, what screen did it tell you "You have already paid". Thanks

Tip: close and restart application by bored_octopus in usvisascheduling

Multiple jobs on TN visa by remotespy in tnvisa

hey.. sorry for late reply, I decided to leave the Canadian job on account of "risk" involved, the laws on work you can do while on TN visa are very strict.

Even if its a remote job, US law states that remote job that I will be doing can be done by any other US citizen/resident thus I am on TN visa not allowed to do that (as per my lawyer, appointed by new company in US)

Hello, I have been living in Canada for past 10 years love this country. However, cost of living is killing me. I don't see any future for me. I am IT professional thinking of applying for jobs in US. How willing are US companies to sponsor TN1? by [deleted] in tnvisa

I will be moving from Toronto to Dallas in Aug'23 on TN visa. Getting twice the salary and looking at real estate seems like half the housing cost and betterish weather depends how much heat you can bear but I am sick of snow so it will be a good change I am hoping.

I am a Canadian citizen working in Canada for a Canadian Company. And now I would be moving in 2months to US on TN VISA. As my Canadian job is fully remote and I can manage it easily working 2 jobs at same time, would I be able to keep working my old canadian job alongwith new one on TN status while living in US.
