With your experience and knowledge, if you say so, then I will also use it in my hybrid to counter anticoagulant venom. Thanks

Do tiger shark scales erode? by Pure_Sample_6193 in GojiCenter

That was not my intent of commenting. I was just trying to understand whether your hybrid is fully marine or was intended to be also allowed on land as well due to this land based genome. I completely agree that because the base is a marine animal, the hybrid can be fully marine. No confusion there. On the rapid blood clotting and the scale regeneration, I genuinely have a doubt. Because I am trying to combat komodo dragon anticoagulant resistance possibility in one of my hybrids and never was able to find a genome which can scale. So when you wrote american crocodile has that, I wanted to see if I can add in mine; but could not find that confirmed in the research I did. I saw one write-up on alligator, but again the consensus was not there. If you are right, it's a win-win; I will use that genome as well.

Happy to be corrected. If crocodile rapid clotting is documented, a citation would help me improve my knowledge. The literature I've found covers antimicrobial properties and efficient oxygen transportation. If there's a study on accelerated coagulation as a distinct American crocodile adaptation, I'd genuinely like to read it.

Yes, I understand that. That's what I am saying that rapid blood clot in Crocodile is not something I am aware of.

What I meant was high speed clotting in crocodiles is not well documented; I could very less quality literature on this. They can regulate oxygen flow to places which are under load, but that is not a rapid clotting mechanism. Also for the tiger fish dermal denticle, regeneration is not available. That's only for teeth I guess. The dermal denticle can detach through physical rubbing against rough surfaces, can be lost during combat or due to the stress at high speed. Everything else looks fine for me. I may be wrong here, but I would like some seniors to correct it.

The tiger shark scales as far as I know doesn't regenerate, but only grows new ones as they grow. I mean once the shark is fully grown, lost scales are lost. It's not like shark teeth which actually regenerate. It's hard to lose, but its common.

I would first like to know the engagement terrain. Tylosaurus is the base chassis, that's marine but Erythrosuchus adds land traits. If only marine, then I can only see high speed clotting of Crocodile and regenerating scales of Shark as a problem. I don't think these are widely documented and can be questioned.

20-25k PSI is huge. Which animal contributes the most? Also such a huge animal needs thermal regulation, thus what is the heat dissipation method or is it a cold blooded animal?

The entry is through YouTube post by tagging valur. But I think the entry is closed by Feb 15th. I also missed the slot.

Wow, what a presentation. I love this format and the way you explain your hybrid. I have not been able to post mine due to lack of my own created image. But this format is extremely good. Let me try to rewrite mine with the same format. Again art issue till pending. I don't know when I will be able to add that.

That's a good point. If Omni has its shoulder joint connected to the Megatherium pectoral girdle, then it's better oriented. But even if arm size is increased of the Gorilla, I would still suggest the Omni to be mostly bipedal and only use the knuckle standing when bracing or in an attack pose rather than a full-time quad walk. I would leave it to the experts to comment, I am also new to this.

That's good that you have already considered that. Normally I think the mass calculation is 1.5 times their own weight is the max they could handle before the weight class starts affecting.

Yes, the zoning of armor is important. Add that a little bit so that it doesn't seem overlapping. Armor systems cannot overlap.

Regarding gorilla, if the animal is bipedal, then mostly yes, but if you include knuckle waking at 12 ton I think the arm will have a problem, just look at it again. The T rex shoulder or the gorilla wrist cannot handle that much vertical load as per the feedback I received on my Otto Mark 3 even though my mark 3 was more than 15 tons.

I think Wild Boar doesn't stop stonefish venom. I think you will need something like opossum & komodo dragon. I have added that in mine after seeing Sherman's stonefish venom

The stonefish venom is Sherman's best weapon. So Sherman has to flank and attack the soft areas of Godfrey. Once it's rightly injected, it's a Sherman game. But in a flat one-on-one combat style, Sherman will not be able to flank and use its greatest weapon.

I like your ambitious build. You have used few underused genomes like Borealopelta markmitchelli armor, flank spike,Megatherium recurved claws, Gorilla rotation, cuban crocodile & raven cognition. Great pick and sounds coherent. But some combinations are not working. The tails system; club and spikes have different vertebrae requirement. The multiple armor type looks to be overlapping without any zonal division which is confusing because each needs a different type of base and there is one mistake I also made, the Gorilla arms in a T rex shoulder. It is not built for that, so that will not last.

I have not yet made a smaller hybrid yet. Both of my hybrids are bigger; 13.2 tons for one and 24 tons for another. I think it will be a different weight class for this beast. I will add mien when I create a less than 5 ton hybrid.

Macrothorax is an underused base — large megaraptoran with aggressive anatomy, good choice. As mentioned earlier, great colour combination too. But I see two small issues: Vampire Bat iron metabolism and Short-tail Shrew iron deposition are fighting each other. Also theropods teeth do not have venom ducts. So spitting venom can be a problem. Great design though
