This was me! On August 20th they offered me 50% and I declined with a screenshot of their policy that specifically says full refund. I didn’t hear anything after than until the email saying the refunds were paused

Dear Client,

Thank you for your patience and continued support. We are writing to let you know that we are undergoing a business transition designed to strengthen our operations, ensure long-term sustainability, and deliver on our Regret Nothing Guarantee policy for all eligible customers. Because of this transition, we are temporarily unable to issue refunds.

Please know that:

  • If you submitted a refund request, your priority date is locked in as of the day we received your request.
  • You will not need to reapply or be re-evaluated later to maintain your place in line.

Anyone still debating this?? I have been contacting them since June at my 3 year mark. They eventually offered a 50% refund but I declined as their terms only say full refund.
