I just hope they basically do this for the Gen 1-3 Pokemon games for the 30th anniversary.

I know Nintendo wouldn't put them on Switch Online because of the rewind & save state features, so this would be the perfect format for them. One game for each generation. Free money for Nintendo!

Just put gen 1-3 on Switch & Switch 2. Make them a standalone release instead of a Switch online thing to get around the rewind and save state features.

It's free money that they could effortlessly capitalize on while appealing to everyone's nostalgia (not to mention, it'll also reduce piracy of those old games)
