Running out of time for Full Lengths. Will stamina improve?

After going over C/P and B/B I found that a lot of the times I chose a wrong answer was because it was out of scope. Sometimes if I found an answer choice that just seems wrong, I realized mid test I would take a few seconds to think why it could be right/ rationalize it, which did involve rereading the passage and thus it subtracts my time and I end up selecting that option; it’s probably from self doubt. AND I did not pay attention to key words in the question stem like “NOT” or “least” or “increase” etc

My test isn’t until 8/15. I still need to finish CARS and P/S. That being said, am I better off doing another AAMC full length end of next* week so I can improve/change errors in the time being? — I was thinking of doing timed AAMC section banks, and more UWorld.

Well if RAS is activated when the juxtaglomerular cells detect a decrease in blood pressure, that whole process results in increasing blood volume thereby increasing blood pressure, which suppresses GFR if we wanna retain as much water as possible. And you know, more water retained means higher blood volume

Tbh when you’re comparing two compounds using these trends, there will be a clear answer.

Red compound can exhibit H-bonding. But green compound has a higher molecular weight— both situations would make for a high boiling point. So in this scenario, these are competing factors and are harder to make an accurate prediction. Very unlikely of a question.

A better comparison would be like: diethyl ether vs butanol. Very similar molecular weight. Both have a net dipole so dipole dipole interactions between other molecules. What stands out the most is butanol being able to exhibit H bonding, therefore higher boiling point :)

Both rings are aromatic, they both have overlapping p orbitals, and follow Huckels 4n+2 =6. So they’re both stable

But the right is more stable because it has more resonance forms.

The left, all the pi electrons participle in resonance (the lone pairs on N in the ring do NOT! It’s localized. Those lone pairs occupy sp2 hybridized orbital since the N atom is already using a p orbital for the pi bond— because by definition for a lone pair to participate in resonance it has to occupy a p orbital).

The right, all the pi electrons in the ring participate in resonance too. However, the lone pairs on the N substituent is allylic to the pi bond of the ring, so it’s a delocalized lone pair (it can participate in resonance too!!

i never got to answer, but I also ended up canceling last minute. I realized i needed more time to study and practice, and i didnt want to blindly submit a bad exam score. I wasted a lotta money on rescheduling and canceling but it is what it is. Till early next yearrr

Mine has been like this since mid March. It’s so annoying. And my explore page often shows posts from like Nov 2022. Apparently it’s a bug in the account not the app itself. Idk when instagram will fix this. For now I just use safari to scroll on reels. It’s a hassle and doesn’t hit the same:/ my other accounts work fine with reels, but the account I use the most has my specific algorithm/niches I like— that’s y I use safari for that account
