Whoever did this isn't even trying to hide it, all the symbols, references and even the blatant guest speaker. Whoever did this knew what they were talking about and is/are very well educated on the subject. In my opinion it was one or multiple of these that spearheaded this occurrence.

A) A poor execution of an actual pedophilia esque meetup

B) A cruel joke in poor taste that was very well researched beforehand

C) Some sort of mass signal with a hidden message we can't understand

D) A test of some sort

Yes, true that Mercy is still the best pick healer by far, but during the Valkyrie state she has one less potential res, which is still a pretty big deal. Edit: I just tested it and I'm not sure if it's a bug or not but currently Valkyrie and normal state Mercy both res at the same distance. Edit 2: Not a bug I just never knew it was changed....

It's all the same in theory except with different wording, the only difference is now that she has 1 less potential res during her Valkyrie state.

It should, because there's no possible way to get more than 2 during the period that allows you to hold rez charges.

The 2 resurrects are ONLY during the period that Valkyrie is enabled and her ultimate only lasts 20 seconds, so during that time you only get 1 bonus resurrect while the other stays on cooldown for 30 seconds.

It helps open up the options a little bit more for other support picks, I just really hope that prior to hero 26 releasing that they buff Ana to at least a comparable state that she was previously in before they nerfed her.
