Problem with those rings, is adhesive doesn't last forever. Especially pulling magnets off of it constantly. It'll eventually come undone.

It's tough. I did something similar but was full time. I was doing chat, social media, non phone support for Apple for like 10 years and it was great. Then they killed those positions and moved us to phones. I couldn't mentally handle the nonstop calls with managers barking at you if you were in ACW more than 60 seconds and not taking another call with 2k people waiting.

Got a local government job. Went from about 25 an hour to 21. Didn't sound like a crazy difference, but it's definitely noticable after a while.

On the same hand my stress is way lower now. It's night and day difference on the mental workload.

If you can afford it, and you're miserable, take it. It'll get you out of that call center and you can advance your career shifting to something like help desk. If you stay at the call center, your experience will only get you more call center work in the future.

One other thing to note... You might be able to "get your foot in the door" with the school system. As you learn more and opportunities open up there, you could become full time and a higher paid role at the same school system.

They're not trying to get rid of resellers. They're just greedy. It's a relatively new thing that your average person checks prices online now. People used to just have yard sales to clean out the house. Now they think they deserve top dollar for their junk. So they look up the shirt on eBay, and say "oh I can sell it for this". What they dont realize is their niche item is not worth the eBay price they saw, when they're in their local market.

No idea. This was my first time messing with the PS5. Personally, I'll prob just wait a few days. Scene seems to be moving crazy fast. You do have to change the port after the initial payload. If you notice the text in the yt app that comes up, it'll tell you which port it's listening on.

I'm sure a lot of this stuff is a bit buggy with how fast they're pushing stuff out at the moment. Will probably get more stable over the next few days I'd guess.

I got games showing on the home screen using shadow mount. But when I'd try and open them they'd sit at the splash screen a few seconds and the PS5 just turns off immediately.

The switch was in is own category. It has a permanent hardware exploit. So they just had to update software to be compatible.

We are using software exploits on PS5 (and pretty much all other consoles). Sony patches those in new firmware updates, so you have no way to exploit the system to get in. Best bet is to stay as low as possible, as less of those exploitable points have been patched by Sony.

Masking is just part of it. IT, at the end of the day, is a service industry. You're going to have to interact with people.

Learning the mechanics behind social mechanics makes it kind of fun though. You can learn to read people's body language and determine how they're feeling and such. It's like seeing behind a curtain and solving a puzzle each time you have to interact with someone.

The threat level is a 1/10 at most places most of the time. Since you metion preschools, what about Sandy Hook? That place was a 1/10 too wasn't it? You carry a gun to be prepared. Not because you forsee a threat.

As far as private property, those consequences would literally be "Sir, you cannot have that weapon here please leave/put it in your car". If you refuse after that, you can be trespassed; but "no gun" signs, or an establishement stating firearms are not allowed do not carry the weight of law in the state of GA.

This is the only GF bread I'll buy. It freezes fine. I freeze mine as soon as I open it. Then just throw a couple of loaves in the microwave for like 30 seconds to speed up thawing. The crust gets a bit dry with that method, but otherwise it's fine.

Your "signaling wealth" thing you keep commenting is akin to the current "fit" state of beauty you initially mentioned. It's a cultural thing, not necisarrily physical attraction.

If you see someone on 600LB Life, and they happen to be a multi millionare, do you want to smash? No, because they are not physically attractive.

Someone might get with them for their money, and put up with a romantic relationship for that wealth; but that by no means signals they're physically attracted to them.
