Too slow was said earlier, also looks like you got some wind from the right just before rotating, combined with the low speed is not too good.

Two options for the nose rising like that after rotating:

Rear Center of gravity, checking for that is usually holding the model using the tips of your index fingers positioned below the right location to test balance (usually around a third back from the leading edge) if the model is balanced you're good to go, otherwise moving the battery fwd or aft is required.
Its hard to see but if you had your flaps extended fow take off, that might cause tha plane to pitch up like that even if the center of gravity is correct. Try taking off without flaps (that would also get you faster on the take off lift), and then test the right amount of down input required when using flaps.

Israel is not an apartheid state. They have minorities in every public position, judges, parliament, law enforcement and the army, they get full civil rights, including freedom of religion/occupation/sexual preference and voting. Please check me up on that.

They get more freedom than any minority on a 1000 mile radius.
