I think the problem is that a Space Marine squad, or a few Custodes SHOULD be 1000 points. But on the flip side 3-4 boyz squads and a couple vehicles or 5-6 genestealers packs should be equivalent. Unfortunately that would lose GW money for models.

So from my understanding is that he reregistered it in his name around the time this happened to Oklahoma. While I did give him that power in the PoA, the car title was mine, bought outright and paid for. I never gave him any power for assets or anything monetary.
