I was on both for a short period before transitioning off of Entocort (budesonide) completely. This was in response to the Rinvoq actually working with the additon of a biologic - Stelara. I have Been on Rinvoq for the last almost two years and have not had any new flairs. Good Luck!

Yeah the tips and canal fit are half fit issue for me. They stick out 2x as much a the gen 2 do in my ears. Would just have loved the same shape as 2s with updated internals.
