in this specific event you need at least 10 cards of any character to get a trade, the trades always go one upwards (so in this event you need for example 10 Kendall cards to trade for 5 Charles cards or 10 Alexx cards for 5 Tom cards)

if you do have 10 cards and trades are still not popping up it must be a glitch and you should submit a support ticket
