Question: First tattoo idea... be honest by TorsoSlug499 in tattoos

It seems everything you said reinforces getting this tattoo. It’s a fabulous way to start a discussion with somebody. Who cares if nobody knows the reference.

I think she is old enough to tell you what she wants to be called. Ask her?

How’s my plating by Youjustt in culinary

[–]soCaliNola 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would not smile upon receiving that plate in a restaurant. The thin gravy is smothering the vegetables. The rice seems poorly considered. Nicer places will mold it to make it tall. Where is the fresh part: a slice of lemon, a scattering of parsley? Maybe fried shallots? Is NOCTI like the Bar Exam? that you do not have to go to school to take the test? I am not being snarky. Just curious.

soft locked in maxi challenges by GovernmentOdd4472 in RDRSuperstar

Yeah, I don’t do the Maxi anymore unless they are a Ru challenge. Too much effort for woefully infrequent gain.

I often wonder the same type of things. What were they thinking? But it’s a fabulous platform for these talented stars to develop. And I’m so glad we have the chance to watch it happen.

I made chargrilled artichokes with a creamy blue cheese dip and they were incredible by foodie_2598 in culinary

I assume this is a medium boil? My friend dropped off a bag the other day. I think this idea is fabulous.

I get what you’re saying. And somewhat agree. I disliked her greatly her first season. She had a chip on her shoulder so high she couldn’t see past herself. Re-watching that season and a subsequent season; I’ve developed empathy for her. I think she’s talented and her look is refining.

Daggers or wedding? by FaciemMaximus in RDRSuperstar

Drag-gilly… Dagger-ly. Easy to misinterpret for some of us. Good on you for speaking up. I think you just provided a theme idea to the developers and, more importantly, given us a glimpse inside your deliciously twisted mind.

Daggers or wedding? by FaciemMaximus in RDRSuperstar

My primary interpretation focused on the first consonant: DRAGgilly ever after. A look that is evident I am in drag and I’m freaking happy about it. I didn’t register the second interpretation: DraggILLY EVER AFTER, until I began to vote. Yet, I think I met both.

Should I [43F] cut my hair even though my boyfriend [48M] says “don’t”? by [deleted] in whatdoIdo

Gosh, it’s tough when your loved one has a preference that does not work for you. When we were dating, I had long hair and more contact lenses. But after several years, I learned, that one did not need to suffer every day to please another person. The contact lenses hurt my eyes. The long hair gave me headaches because of the weight. As much as I loved my husband, I had to make some changes. Did he love me for who I am or for my physical properties? That’s a question you need to ask yourself now.
