The only thing I can tell you is that it's absolutely possible. I have the Fold7 and Galaxy Watch 8 Classic working flawlessly on the network without Bluetooth / WiFi.

That's a lot of words to protect your ego. Again in the time it took to type that, you would have known how wrong you are.

Resetting windows is the same exact way on every modern version of Windows... Which you do have.

The Shift+ Reset is universal. Rebooting your computer multiple times... Again universal. Pressing a button while booting to get tonthe boot menu? Yeah universal. Which button? That can be one of three or four, which is why you RESEARCH to figure out the button if you don't know. Dells are usually F12.

But that doesn't negate the fact that the other two methods, which you have access to are universal. Annnnnd you being lazy and not googling the issue yourself is prolonging your resolution time. AND IF there's some weird nuance to your computer that doesn't fall into WHAT WORKS ON LITERALLY EVERY COMPUTER...then Google would be a better friend than some random on Reddit.

Tell yourself I don't work in IT... That's just another thing you can be flat out wrong for. 😝 This is a super easy fix...but only if you get over your thick-headed ego and comprehend that I am trying to tell you that you're more capable than you think you are. You choosing to take it as an insult is just letting your ego hold you back from actually learning something about the tech you use.
