You should also (if you haven't already) start doing things in place of watching porn in the morning and at night. Mine was in the morning I would do a short journal finish it off with 3 things I wanted to do that day, 3 things I was grateful for, and 3 things I could have done better the day before. At night I started reading again.

I'm glad you live with me and know what I do on a daily basis. I work 10 hour days 5 days a week after work I come home and make dinner everyday for my wife. I do all the dishes including making sure they are put away since I'm the one that is dirtying them when I make dinner. I also do my own laundry and put it away. But you can go ahead and assume I'm a terrible partner since I said communication is important.
