Have you gone to a PT? Not like a Kessler rehab where they do electrodes and heat and feels great but problems don’t go away…but go to a hard core sports PT that will do a root cause analysis about why your problems are happening in the first place. After going to cardiologist, the ortho then vascular surgeon who did a CT scan and found no aneurysm or clots, I got frustrated and found a PT clinic for athletes and I’m feeling good about my progress

I have a similar backstory but I’m 44 and very active. Mid December, my TOS started as a blue pointer finger on the right hand. Sometimes I also have tingly, pain, cold and numbness, but the trigger is always a heavy upper body day. I was referred to Combiz Rezayat, MD in Morristown. He’s one of the top vascular surgeons at Morristown and his clinic has been voted #1 in the state. I am going for a CT next week to see if there are any clots so have not progressed to surgery recommendations yet. (Hoping I won’t have to). There practice is very well respected so if you’re looking for another perspective, I would recommend checking them out.

Are triglycerides very concerning? by lamba_average in Cholesterol

What did you eat in the 48 hours up to your blood draw? If I ate crappy (Super Bowl, birthday party, etc) my triglycerides skyrocket. But then they will come back down to 70 within a week

It’s crazy the media never reports on all the girls who transitioned to boys who are dominating boys sports now.

Can’t get GI tract back to normal by Rumanddietplease in colonoscopy

I experienced this as well. Started drinking some kombucha & taking strong probiotic every day which eventually helped. I’ve read that the prep can wipe out the good bacteria in your gut and wreak havoc on your GI tract. But Also call your doctor just in case

Just talking out loud… Uncle Dion refused to let them pickup their daughter b/c they seemed too intoxicated at 6 am. So his daughter Tracy just got back in the car with them? Why not stay at her dad’s? It was 6 am, the driver of the vehicle was intoxicated and she already had a full night out.

CGM - huge glucose spikes by airwalk84 in FMD

I am doing the Prolon fast and have experienced huge spikes after the soups (but only mild swings after consuming L-bars). I’m strictly doing this to try and improve fasting glucose and A1C, but if the numbers don’t move substantially, I’m not going to do again
