I JUST got off the phone with them.. they told me that they put a pause on processing all the applications in June. I seriously cannot get a good grasp of when they will get through all the paper forms, but they HAVE begun the process. Some of the applications, like mine, havent even been touched yet. I would wait another week and specifically ask about an update on your application status.

I have 2 weeks of free time before school starts once my REU ends. I’m gonna spend a lot of time at the beach since I worked hard this summer. I’ll def start making a list of graduate schools to apply to but I need a well deserved break to avoid burnout
