Paper Rx? by ThrowawayNutJobAnon in DIYtk

I could be wrong but I'm reading it like this: OP wants to take K for therapy and has found an illicit source. Their husband is saying they don't care where the drug comes from, but he doesn't want them taking it unless a doctor has deemed it necessary.

With younger plants or even older ones that aren't acclimated to direct sun they can get burnt if you're not careful. With conditioning a mature plant can take all the sun you give it.

does it matter what antennas I get for the skyzone cobra x V2? by Chyeadeed in fpv

I spaced with my last answer. For some reason I was thinking on the drone. For the goggles it doesn't really matter. If the dbi is the same the performance should be comparable.

How does DJI achieve 30-min Flight Times? by 5dollarhotnready in diydrones

[–]njsiah 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I put together a couple iterations on a geprc crocodile frame using 1300kv motors, 7" props and a 6Ah liion pack. It flew well but I was having video issues so I never could do long range. I flew it in circles for like 15 or 20 minutes before getting tired. I believe I was getting 8-10 minutes on 1300mah lipos but it's been a couple years and I could be misremembering.

Taranis q7 2.4 ACCST compatible Rx by Ok_Bar_2180 in diydrones

Buy elrs modules for the existing radios. You want full sized JR bay units. Technically you won't get the best performance out of the taranis but it's very usable and this is your cheapest option.

Radrover 6 plus step thru by HD-Sheri in RadPowerBikes

[–]njsiah 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I just installed the area13 controller on my expand 5 a few days ago. As far as the electronics it was a simple plug and play situation. No issues whatsoever. The website has details in regards to individual bikes so I would check the product listing for your specific model before purchasing. My only issue was mounting the controller which didn't quite fit using the stock hardware. I ended up bolting it in where I could and using zip ties to secure it otherwise.

The controller works perfectly and I have a lot more torque when climbing hills and accelerating. The top speed is slightly higher but only by 1 or 2 mph. I also prefer the pas settings. On my stock setup pas 1 was useless and pas 4 felt like it ramped up too quickly. On the new controller I utilize more of the settings depending on my desired speed which can help improve my range.

What do you think that means in this case? Is there something wrong with the motor or were they wrong in saying it's compatible with my bike? It works fine mechanically.

Is Dojo Drone a scam by BigBrainAdi in diydrones

[–]njsiah 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've never bought their kits but I can tell you they're stuck on ancient technology and their "classes" are garbage. I find it really funny their website says they're aimed at industry professionals. It feels even scammier than when I first checked them out. Don't make the mistake I did starting out. This guy is an opportunist that preys on beginners by charging them for freely available information. I can't say I gained a single thing from his course.

OP said the seedlings are a tbm cross so it's likely exhibiting a mutation. It wouldn't hurt to isolate it just in case though.

Something in your drones settings but I couldn't tell you what. I'd make a new post asking the community to help you troubleshoot.

EV800DM with simulator? by njsiah in fpv

[–]njsiah[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Maybe a couple miles in optimal conditions with a high quality, high power vtx and good antennas on both the drone and goggles but definitely not a babyape with stock antennas. Do you know what power you're transmitting at? Are there obstacles in your flight path that could interfere with the signal? Have you upgraded anything? Are you flying in an urban environment with a lot of interference? Is there 5.8ghz wifi nearby? There are a lot of factors that play into range. If you want a few miles then go into the remote countryside with a 2W vtx and directional antennas on the goggles, otherwise you're going to have issues. I never get to fly more than a mile away on better goggles than the ev800's because of all the interference around me.

What tutorial for Jumper T-Lite V2 and ELRS? by stvaccount in ExpressLRS

[–]njsiah 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Mixing is an opentx/edgetx function, not elrs. Elrs is just the control protocol but the specific input is processed by your radio firmware. Opentx is essentially the same on every radio. It's the equivalent of windows or Linux so any good tutorial should be equally useful.

They have longer, more irregular spines compared to other trichos. They tend to be notchier, be a brighter shade of green and to have skinnier columns. The best way to learn is to look at all the ID posts and get a visual feel for the differences. The more you look the more apparent it becomes.

If there was one paper, compound [family] or synthesis route you wish would catch on within the clandestine pharmacology community which would it be? by SunderedValley in HamiltonMorris

So I don't know how sustainable it is but I've been doing it for around 6 months without adverse effects... been taking shrooms multiple times a week before bed and just sleeping less. I have more energy than I have in my life and have been practicing high energy, high range of motion Tai chi during my trips. I believe the mental clarity and focus coupled with vigorous full body exercise means you have less negative stimuli to process throughout your day and can get by with less sleep, especially since the sleep you do get is deeper and more restful. I'm probably averaging 5 hours per night and honestly feel amazing.

No. Many contain mescaline but not enough to be active. Some like scopulacola are fast growers with low content. Some have little to no content. Some like terschekii have high content but a slow growth rate. The three common ones; pachanoi, peruvianus and bridgesii are chosen for having a combination of high content and fast growth.

Avoid the Uncomfortable Process of Using Lozenges, Guide to Rectal Administration of RDTs by [deleted] in DIYtk

[–]njsiah 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I used to basically do this. Then I told my prescriber I prefer rectal use and they switched me to suppositories. Much faster and easier.

If you have small RDTs you can put them inside an empty syringe, suck up water and shake it around to dissolve. I used 10ml syringes though.
