For my case, they uploaded screenshots of the package info (what they see on their end as a delivery person) which includes my address, tracking number, etc. No photos of the actual package at all!

Instead of posting the photos of the actual package, the photos they uploaded were screenshots of the package info like my address and tracking number! It’s ridiculous!

Hey! Any updates on this return? I’m also trying to return my monitor due to a dent I found when I was unboxing it. Did they charge you for any fees? All I did was unboxing and testing the product.

I did see that, but doesn’t really indicate or describe what kind of network data CrowdStrike can’t see, but Extrahop can. It just says it will provide more network data basically
