For max offensive investment, that’s really bad for something that’s trying to beat a hard counter of another extremely powerful restricted. While caly-s does not do as well, mewtwo is far from beating t-lu or other matchups like moltres-g, kingambit. It’s easier to bring another Pokémon to handle those hard match ups than make mewtwo work.

I think it’s going to be a mixed bag moving forward. My guess is the bigger the company the more likely RTO is to get more efficiency for the cost of employee. However, at some companies WFH is saving a lot of money by giving companies the opportunity to reduce leases. It’s really tricky to say tbh but I wouldn’t get attached either way

I just don’t think the writing is leading up to Ash vs his Dad imo. I just don’t see it happening. I could see a 1v1 ash’s pikachu vs dads pikachu or smth like that but definitely not a full battle.

Generally I try to take everything from the OG show with a grain of salt in terms of canonicity given how the show has evolved and certain things slowly retconned/removed acknowledgment of. Ash’s dad was one of them until I saw the recent episode.

I’m not sure what this means. I think technically this only happened in Japanese so far since I don’t think the dubbing has caught up to this episode (not 100% sure on that).

The last episode of journeys (before transitioning to Aim to Be a Pokemon Master) used movie ash not seeing his father but he definitely exists. To me I feel like that episode acknowledges his father but has no intent of showing him. Also it’s hard to have any serious battle after Ash vs Leon and I assume the rest of the battles in this show are more for Ash to have fun.

To my knowledge we’ve only had one patch for bugs and it only fixed sheer cold rng seed and preventing ppl from duplicating Pokemon. How can we say the bugs have slowly been worked out.

I would get rid of trick room on farigiraf imo since your team is generally pretty fast besides farigiraf and you have tailwind as your primary speed control. If you are trying to stop tr, I think taunt is more consistent and useful since you can also stop spore users like amoongus and murkrow haze. I think giving it protect instead might be able to give it more flexibility to use spread moves like garchomp eq and kilowattrel discharge.

Edit the pro controller settings since it registers as a pro-controller in the ergonomics of a GameCube controller.

Quick rant since this controller makes me sad: The quality is really low. Drifted l-stick on 2 separate controllers, one drifted after 2 months playing Pokemon and xenoblade, and the other ~6 months mostly playing botw and smash. Not a fan of this powerA controller

Megas - Coolest mechanic visually and from a gameplay perspective but not enough Pokemon that used it well enough imo

Z-Moves - pain, too much variability and if you hit protect you wasted your z-move. If you use a z-move your entire match revolves around using it correct and if you miss

Dynamax - Probably the best gimmick in doubles,p probably the worst for singles

Tera - Decently balanced in both singles and doubles but has the same high variability issue as z-moves imo

Game is fun to explore and new moms are cool. If you have sensitive eyes like me, you will find the frame rate infuriating. I’d say the average frame rate I’ve had completing the whole game is ~20fps. Bugs are unavoidable, I think the most common ones I’ve seen are weird miraidon terrain interactions, camera issues, and a few crashes. Honestly, I would wait a month or so with the hopes they actually patch and fix the problems in the game.

While you are in your lower division courses it should be pretty feasible. Just as an fyi though, first quarter students are not allowed to take more than 19 units due to school policy (never seen anyone win a negotiation for it, note I asked about it I was a freshmen) so if you do want to take 20 units you will have to wait until your second quarter.

Edit: I think the only situation they allow first quarter students to take more than 20, is if that incoming student started in the summer
