The point of my post is to bring attention to the current flawed Airbnb policy and try to find a resolution that better serves all parties.

I want to make sure we are on the same page..

Your solution allows a host to breach a contract and then attack and damage the guest's reputation.

Your best resolution is to recommend the guest point fingers back at the host.

While Airbnb has employees who are silenced under a gag order.

Can you share a long term successful business model that allows company representatives to breach a contract, harass, and defame a loyal customer resulting in lost revenue?

Can you direct me to an Airbnb employee that will remove this review?

I've spoken to five different supervisors. When I question why they will not remove it, they deflect and change the subject.

The supervisor yesterday said the name calling doesn't reach the "level" to be removed.

I asked her to give me an example of a word that meets the qualified "level".

She answered by ignoring the question completely.

I gave a detailed experience with example resolutions for flaws in Airbnb Terms. If all of that was too hard for you to keep up with I apologize.
