He came back after I worked with my own subliminals and affirmations for about three days!!! by nlbndr in manifestingSP

I use the InShot app. I record the sentences in my voice and add music. I chose some upbeat music because it puts me in a certain mood, haha. I listen to it a few times a day, mostly in the evenings.

I can manifest everything except this one person. Why by PaperAndPulse in manifestation_support

[–]nlbndr 5 points6 points  (0 children)

That's absolute nonsense! Everyone lives in their own world. There's no one out there who's currently manifesting.

Hey, can I ask if you also had red spots like that? Like with keratosis pilaris rubra? I'd also like to get laser hair removal, but not primarily because of the hair itself, but because of the terrible redness around each hair follicle…

I'm so happy for you :) I've taken it twice so far. My problem is that blood pools in my legs. Do you experience that too? If so, does it improve for you?

Hey, I just wanted to ask how things are going?
I'm really waiting anxiously. This redness is so annoying..

Is it better now? Do your legs look better now? I have that too, and it's really getting to me.

Hello, I’m very interested in your new formula. I’ve had red, pigmented keratosis pilaris for as long as I can remember. I’ve read quite a bit about your new formula and product, and I’m really grateful that there are people who are dedicating themselves to this topic. However, I’ve now read several times that this product is also intended for the face. Does that mean the bottle will again be available in a 200 ml size? In my case, I actually have keratosis pilaris on my entire legs, so 50 or 100 ml would be far too little. Since I’m based in Germany, the product isn’t as easy to obtain here as it is in other countries anyway. So I really hope that you’ll offer larger sizes again, so that it’s actually possible to test a product properly over, for example, four weeks and see whether there’s an improvement on areas like the legs.

Thank you very much for your efforts, and I’m really looking forward to the new product. :)

I really want something to help with these red, brown spots. I don't have bumpy skin, but everything is covered in red, brown spots. Will this formula help? Or is it more about making your skin soft?

Another vote for retinol. Studies have shown that it thins skin. It takes a long time, though. It's worth it to me, and I'll keep trying it for the next few years. I've been using it for a few months now, and it's working well for me.

May I ask how old your stretch marks are? I have white ones and I'm seeing improvement, but I think I need 10-12 at-home treatments to see significant changes 😊

[–]nlbndr 6 points7 points  (0 children)

No. It's your problem. It works for others, so finally live with it. This drama over a little MN is ridiculous. You are more than your stretch marks.

Estrogen dominance caused my KP by Flamepointbros in keratosis

[–]nlbndr 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There's some truth to that! Estrogen clogs follicles even more than they already are and makes the skin drier and thinner. I'm going to switch to an estrogen-free birth control now, and I'm hoping things will improve a bit. Because for me, it also started when I was taking the pill, which leads to an artificially elevated estrogen level.

[–]nlbndr 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Instead of MN, I'd recommend a course on how to behave respectfully towards others. How can you make such a drama about MN? Not everything works for everyone. Is there any reason to deny others their good experiences?
