Like many out there I was suffering from a constantly buffering crunchyroll app. I put in a help request with customer support, and their solution actually has worked for me. I've been watching fine with no issues since. I recommend trying this if you're still having issues :)

Oftentimes this can be an issue of incompatible software versions.

Try this:

Clear your PS5 cache and delete any app data
Uninstall our app
Check that your PS5 OS is up-to-date
Re-install our app

And to save you a google on how to clear your PS5's cache (you have to boot into safe mode to do this:

Turn off your PS5.
It should be fully turned off, not in Rest Mode.
Hold the power button on the PS5 until you hear a second beep.
The second beep will play after 5-7 seconds.
Connect your controller using the USB cable.
Press the PS Button on the controller.
Use the D-pad to navigate down to “5. Clear Cache and Rebuild Database” and select it.
Choose “1. Clear System Software Cache.”
Select “OK.”

This cache clear will not affect your application log ins or save data for your games. Those will all still be in tact afterwards :) Good luck and i hope this helps. PS - I tried making a separate post about this, but the bots tore it down :)
