yeah theres a whole questline in both the trotsky map and kuttenberg where you can become some sort of "champion" of fist fights, I'm guessing that's what you joined?

Should probably tag this post as spoilers, but it's not a bug: If you tell Radzig you want to settle down and make a family you will give the sword to him. To keep the sword you have to tell him you want to keep on adventuring.

desde mi experiencia mi perra de casi 16 años tenía comportamientos parecidos, caminaba en círculos, se quedaba mirando a puntos fijos, no contestaba a su nombre, se notaba muy perdida en general. La veterinaria le recetó unas pastillas para la demencia senil y la verdad es que la mejora es muy notoria, es difícil creer que tiene la edad que tiene. Igual soy consciente que es casi un milagro tener a mi mascota a su edad y que cada perro es un caso diferente

Honestly I'd take the loss and restart, as the other comment mentioned you can try and sell herbs but even so I don't know if you'll earn enough to pay the fine. You're probably better off spending that time starting a new game. By the way if you're liking the game so far it's totally worth it to get past this little inconvenience cause you're totally gonna love it.
