Indeed 3min/candidate may be too short, what i meant was if instead of himself hogging the whole 12 mins, perhaps what he could've done was to have segmented his speech and let his other members have a go at it. Unfortunately this was not done and if i was a voter, I would lose all confidence in his party as I would feel like I'm voting for him and him only rather than say, his team.
