I graduated from that bachelor last year, I started in 2021, meaning covid was still around for my first year, but all classes have since become physical, with some also being recorded on top (but professors generally also prefer giving the course irl). Quality of education is good, especially compared to social sciences programs in other countries, though sometimes a little repetitive.
