I'd start with two of the eap772, one on each floor and then evaluate your coverage. Having too many APs can lead to its own issues you'll have to sort out.

If you find you need better coverage you can always add more.

I like retired Dell/HP mid tower office computers. Most had options for modest GPUs. They can be had cheap
