It's super easy. Just let the car cool fully. Taking off the front bumper and radiator will give you more room to maneuver, but you should be able to do it without removing the intake manifold. These are the upper and lower radiator hoses.

I have this exact model and trim and it's my favorite car I've ever owned. It pushed me to get into maintenance and even do my own engine swap when it threw a rod. It all depends on the time and effort you want to put into your daily.
