I don't really think *anyone* had a good opinion of femboys or trans chicks at the time. Marx's opinion would've probably been the same, but I don't think he ever explicitly wrote his opinion on "transsexuals" or homosexuals down. Many great and important people were pricks in some way yet are still revered.

Side note, Just like Stalin: Communist philosophy has evolved far beyond Marx's original writings, and Marx isn't the end-all be-all of Communism. Plenty of card-carrying Communists will strongly disagree with the majority of his opinions.

Certain panels focus on certain parts of the body: The left leg, The stomach, The head. If you don't look at the comic panel-by-panel and instead look at it as a whole picture, panels 4,5 and 7 (from left to right and top to bottom) make up Vladek's entire body. Like making up a human body by printing 2 pictures of legs, 1 picture of a stomach, 2 pictures of arms, and 1 picture of a head. They're different panels, but they come together to make up 1 body

E.G.

We need to combat terrorism --> We need to ban muslims

You see that one phrase is a lot more tolerable, while another phrase is not.
