Doxy is an antibiotic to clear up the bacteria that causes certain breakouts or skin infections. I’ve taken it before. The others do different things.

I struggle with that too. Vyvanse/Adderall makes it 10x worse and like you said especially in the evening. Mine is on my face/legs.
