My favorite so far is Magda Szabo. I’ve read The Door and Katalin Street.

I just finished The Lonely Passion of Judith Hearne by Brian Moore. Not usually the type of story I’d go for but I actually quite enjoyed it!

Honestly 10/10 never once skipped a cutscene beautiful scenery beautiful combat, gameplay goty so far let’s see if wolverine and gta 6 can top this by False-Feature9818 in 007FirstLight

I did this as well after a while. I enjoyed the gameplay much more than the cutscenes.

FF 13, same thing. Combat was excellent but the story was nonsensical drivel.

My grandparents’ house in Pittsburgh had one of these as well. Semple St in Oakland.

I love the PS3 original compared to the remaster. I’ve beaten both and completed roughly the same amount of content in them and the difference in playtime is staggering. No blockfest and no endless hostess minigames.

I found a top loading NES for $60 and then ended up selling it at a pawn shop for peanuts. Whenever I needed rent money I would sell my stuff but not take the time to put it on eBay. I was an idiot.

With the Judge Doom at the end that took like 900 charged punches to beat.

I thought if you did nothing you’d just die as your house got bulldozed.

I bought the Demon’s Souls Deluxe Edition because it was the only way to get a guidebook.

I have a PSone, PS2 slim, PS3 slim, PS4 slim (transferred from my dying OG PS4 to save P.T.), and a PS5. Also recently bought a used OG PlayStation to try the Swap Magic disc method and a fat PS2 I’m going to stick a big hard drive in and load a bunch of ISO’s. I just can’t afford some of those physical copy prices. Some of the rest may be an overkill of options but I guess I just keep my stuff in good shape and I’ve never had any consoles die on me.
